  When we are going through tough times we think that no one has ever gone through the same pain and no one will understand how we feel. We are sometimes afraid of been judged by others if we express ourselves.

  On this forum I've learnt that in one way or another many have gone through the same bad experiences. Many will know exactly how you feel. Many will support you rather than judge you.

  Your View On BREASTFEEDING In Public

  last night on the news a woman was told by a store manager that she could not in public breastfeed her child.

  she and her husband were quite offended and complained to the company's main offices.

  they are now looking into this situation.. what's your opinion?

  I breastfed both my kids. I always carried an extra light weight blanket to cover baby and me. If someone didn't like it tuff. If a mother keeps on having to go to a restroom to feed baby and then to change baby she would never get anything done! I was having lunch one day and feeding my baby when the waitor asked me if I would mind going to the toilet to feed my baby!!! I told him that I don't eat on the loo and neither does my baby. I think people who are offended by it should get over themselves. It's hard enough having little babies never mind still trying to please all the sensitive people in the world!!

  Need some help re:Trinity scriptures

  i have a pamphlet somewhere in this apartment that i cant seem to find, it deals with the nwt not consistenly rendering the logos, ho-theos, and theos.

  they translate these words inconsistently as lord,jehovah,jesus, etc etc etc.. .

  what i need to know are scriptures where these words arent rendered consistently.

  I know exactly what you're looking for have a KI bible at home, will look some scriptures up tonight at home and get back to you in the morning. Still don't know why the WBTS would publish a bible that proves them to be liars, but I'm glad they did.

  Aus Bethel 06 Annual Report - INCREDIBLE 50% DECREASE in donations

  i just purchased the 2006 annual report for the australian watchtower bible and tract society.

  below are the highlights.

  most incredible is that donations dropped by almost 50%, from 15 million dollars to only 10 million dollars.

  It's a 33% decrease not 50%. It's still a lot of money, I would be interested to know if this is a world wide trend.

  i am new to this forum, and am just starting to get over the guilt of reading posts here.

  i was raised as a witness, was disfellowshipped last year.

  all my brothers and sister left too, so my parents were devastated when i left, as i was the only one left going to meetings.
